In 'most' cases the GF3 Ti200 will outperform a Quadro 2 EX, even is the CAD/3D Modelling/Mechanical Engineering etc tasks the Quadro is meant for.
In all honesty though, the GF2 often tends to be better suited to CAD tasks then the GF3.
The GF3 still has a few off performance discrepancies in many CAD applications that can severely diminish performance.
It's quite likely that a GF2 Ti will in many cases outperform a stock GF3 Ti200, in gaming of course the GF3 will hold a large advantage but I'm assuming gaming performance isnt of too much improtance here.
If you chose to, you can hack/modify the GF2 Ti/GF3 Ti200 into their Quadro varients.
