Quadro NVS 420 Questions

I recently was given an NVS 420 and was wondering a few things about it.
I do a lot of video and photo editing and will be getting a U3011 monitor very soon, I will have two 24" monitors on either side of it also.
I game but not as often as I used too. Currently running an XFX 5850 BE.
Obviously there is a lot of movie watching going on too 😉

Any advantages of the NVS 420 over the 5850 with video and photo editing?
How would overall text clarity compare?
Would there be any gain if I ran two NVS 420 even though they wouldn't be in SLI?
Far reach on this one-Would it be possible to run the 5850 with the 420? If so, would there be a way to set what card is dedicated to a particular app(s)?

The NVS 420 would use substantially less power and generate less waste heat.

The same, assuming you use a digital connection.

Not enough to matter.
