Quadro fx580 wont load windows on PCIe x16

hey guys,
recently ive bought a new computer with the following specs:
MB:Z270-HD3 socket 1151
CPU:i7-7700 3.6GHz
RAM:16GB

and im trying to use my old gpu (fx580 quadro), but as soon as i connect this gpu to the pciex16 socket the windows wont load, ive tried the gpu on other pcie sockets(x4 ones) and windows is loading but i cant change my resolution, and when i try older gpu like(9500gt) on the PCIe x16 the windows boots up normaly and i can change my resolution.
Ive also tried this gpu on other computer(MB:h81m|CPU:i3-4160 3.6GHz|RAM:8GB) on the PCIe-x16 and it runs without trouble.

Why use such old dedicated GPU? Intel HD Graphics 630 is better.

What do you mean when you say Windows isn't loading? Do you have a black screen?

This could be a driver/resolution problem perhaps.
