Quadro FX Go 700 and DXVA support?

Does the Quadro FX Go 700 support DXVA acceleration for WMV HD 720p and 1080p?

My dell Laptop can play 720p WMV HD files ( @75% CPU load) but not the 1080p.

I installed the DXVA patch and there was no improvement.
