Just got a ab9pro board installed to replace a gigabyte board that had a bad bios.
I flashed the ab9pro to the latest flash and installed windows xp x64.
I installed the chipset drivers from the intel website.
Then tried to install the latest whql drivers from nvidia.
The drivers install but on reboot can't find the card.
Windows keeps redetecting the card as a vga adapter, but will not install the drivers.
Its now running in 4 bit mode, man this looks bad, with -1 values showing for resolution.
I've uninstalled the chipset drivers, reinstalled.
Done the same for the nvidia drivers.
I'm stumped.
Suggestions please !
