So my dual 5870's ran at around 35-45 degrees idle, 60-70 degrees load. My i5 2500k was around 30-35 degrees idle, and the hottest hard drive was around 45 degrees.
Pop in a Sapphire Radeon 7970 OC and a Quadro FX 4600.
i5 2500k idles at 45 degrees, 7970 idles at 50-55 degrees, FX 4600 idles at 62 degrees. Hottest hard drive gets to around 62 degrees as well.
I think I need more airflow, my case is huge and made out of thick insulating rough sheet metal and I only have one 120mm intake in the front and a push-pull radiator.
