my quadro 3500 (essentially a workstation 7900GTS) artifacts principally on aero stuff in Win7, borders around windows are blocky/jagged, and it's fairly common to see a few horizontal lines of white or random color. It seems to be worst when the room is warm - when it's cold the artifacts are barely there or gone. It's bluescreened a few times and seems to take a while to boot.
