Quadra FX500 won't dual display...

I've removed a Matrox G550 from an old system for my wife and installed a Quadro FX500 that I've had laying around for a LONG time. WinXP, SP2, latest drivers, etc, but I have no way of accessing the second display. I have two CRTs attached, one via the DVI-VGA adapter (which is the port that works) and one to the VGA port (which does not work).

I've done everything I can think of, but to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?
