There is some very good information; looks like crossfire needs some work in Crysis 3 as its neg scaling as you add cards - lots of others crossfire scales better than sli in most of the benches.....but where it fails it fails badly.....

They explain, they wanted to use the top cpu they had i73960x, but they only had 1 of it. With crazy amount of testing they did, it was not possible to complete all the test with just 1 cpu. so they went ahead with 3770k. But they used a top mobo for it which can handle upto 2000w.
