Use CPU-z to determine what speed your memory and FSB are actually running at, then post a screenshot here. There is clearly a lot of confusion as to what settings you're using. My guess is your ram is already running close to the speed it's supposed to and you don't realize it is.
It seems you've gone out and spent thousands of dollars on high end components for no real reason other than because you can. A good overclocker can build something for a few hundred dollars that will outperform a stock high end system. That's why these people are frustrated that you said you own this stuff but don't want to overclock it. It's like buying a Ferrari to keep in your living room.
