Quad PPro 200Mhz Proliant Server won't turn on

OK, i've gotten this far.. I have been able to get the machine to turn on.. took awhile but im there, now it won't start up.. no video nothing.. the LEDs ont he motherboard are all solid green, sometimes they switch so maybe one isn't glowing.. anyone help me out?

Its a proliant 5500

I have one of these $30k space takers in my basement. I cant help you with your problem though.

open up the case and clean her out
she sounds old maybe dust has built up and is causing heat issues

I agree with Soulkeeper. Clear out all the fans. We have a few Proliant 2000's with dual PPros, and they are getting to the age where the fans fail and prevent the system from booting.

mindwreck: these are expensive machines that do their jobs well. Depending on their duties, it may not be necessary to use any additional processing power.

Could also be bad memory. I've seen this happen before when the memory was bad or incompatible with the hardware.
