Q6600 G0 / 3.2Ghz / 400X8 / 1.385v (1.4 load) / XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 / Asus P5Q Deluxe

My temps are around 42C Idle and 70C load

I'm in the process of OC'ing my new rig and would like to here some advices from the experts here.

Below is my current settings:
Q6600 G0 / 3.375Ghz / 375x9 / Actric Cooling Freezer Pro 7 / Asus P5Q Deluxe
Muskin Redline DDR2-1000 underclocking @ 1:1 DDR2-750, RAM timings are left at auto
Vcore 1.45v (1.45 load) / FSB termination 1.22v / NB 1.22v / SB 1.1v / PLL 1.56v

I tried vcore @1.4v but failed repeatedly on 4th core running Prime95. I'm now running Prime95 on these settings for 1.5hr and still going.
I'm a bit nervous on the high vcore I'm using. Load temp is at around 62 - 70 degree.

According to the overclocking guide, same core fails repeatedly usually means insufficient vcore (but not always).
So, other than vcore, what other factors are there for the same core to fail repeatedly? Since the other voltages are kind of low, could they have an effect on failing on the same core repeatedly?
What could be the cause if the same core fails repeatedly after a long time (say 7hrs) running Prime95?

Any helps and advices would be greatly appreciated 🙂

no matter what I try I cannot get my system to get past the CPU post on start up if I try to go over 3.2 ghz. I have tried the Vcore of up to 1.4 and it posts the CPU but wont go past that.

on my board my settings are:
Mem: 2.0V
NF 200 NB: 1.25V
nForce SPP SB: 1.3V
FSB: 1.25V

and I have the originial bios that came on my board, I believe it is from August this year. could it be that the B stepping ones are not as good at OCng? :Q or how do I even know if I havea G0 stepping? i read online that different programs give different info. and that my chip might be a Revision B but G0 stepping :Q so now im confused 😕
