Quad boot system and naming?

I need to make a Quad boot system.

2 Win2K Pro
1 Win2K Server
1 WinXP Pro

Now I need 2 installations of Win2K Pro due to certain software versions that are needed for each installation. Now currently i have 1 installation of Win2K Pro and Win2K server installed. When i boot the computer it does its little count down, however i want to rename what i see. I want it to say something like "Win2K Pro w/ Office 2000" and the other to say "Win2K Pro 2/ Office 97" and so on.

Where can i change that stuff?
