Hey everyone, Im having a problem with this QUe 24/12/40x cd burner. The specific problem i am having is related to the nero burning software. Everything burns fine, until the last point. It reaches to the point of the lead out track and never finishes when burning music. Happens same way on every music cd i make. Using the latest nero version also. Have not tried using ez cd creator yet, that might be an option. Does anyone else have the same drive or has experienced this lead out track problem?
BTW the cd can still play all the audio tracks. The last track just never fnishes. Meaning when the last song is done, you will hear pause for infinite amount of time. Leading to the conclusion the cd is never finishes burning.
If anyone has any ideas please post. I ve had this drive for a few months already, never really bothered to mess with it. My old ricoh 4x wacked into a 6x with firmware worked fine with no problems. Just needed a drive with burnproof and one that would support in clone cd.
Using windows 2k. Happens on both 2k and xp. Built in Xp burning software works fine with no problems.
