i replaced the stock 120 mm fan with a scythe FDB fan, and the stock power supply fan with an arctic cooling fan. and it's still loud. so, my plan is vibration damping mats applied to the cover, and maybe some sort of baffle over the exhaust. sound good? anyone else try something else?

Are they at full speed? I used a Fanmate for the rear 120 and it helped a lot!

Agree w/Texun, use a fan controller to lower the speeds a bit, and it'll run fine. If the cooling intakes are the same size and if you've got the clear sides, you'll be balancing a bit w/speeds and cooling to find an optimal. Not a lot of air goes thru the front holes (non-clear side panels have extra cooling vents).
