QoS, Shorewall, and Linux (Mandriva in this case)

I have a Mandriva box as my main server at home. It does Samba filesharing, DNS, Shorewall/Nat and whatever else I can think of adding to it. It's a beefy box: P4, 512MB Ram, 1.2TB disk space.

I have two VoIP lines and a VoIP PBX system that I run here off my 3mb/768kb DSL connection. Currently the two VoIP lines sit behind the modem in order to get QoS, but the PBX doesn't. I would like to put it all behing my Linux box and have QoS running with Shorewall. Any using something similar to this? Results? Info? Nuggets of wisdom?
