QDI mainboard

I have an old QDI mainboard and I just got a celeron 2 566 that i was planning on overclocking but i cant get the mainboard to work correctly, even with a P3 450. All that happens is the power comes on the machine beeps and I get QDi's splash screen of the gold medal and it sits there. I have tried hitting every key on the key board no good. I also noticed that as soon as a plug in the keyboard the leds on the keyboard flash but then go off and no lights come back on the keyboard. Does anyone know what I should do to be able to get into bios?

well it's probably too old and doesn't support those processors
things you should check for the system to boot:
check the RAM, see if the CPU is inserted properly or is the proper CPU, obviously you said you saw the splash screen so video is good, so if those things are all okay, the board probably doesn't support those CPU's
a BIOS flash might work if you can get an older processor to work so you can get into the comp and do the BIOS.
