QAM Processor/QAM Encryption

So I got thinking about something I was thinking on before.
Below are a few thoughts.
If anyone knows if they have been tried, would you direct me.

Qam Processor-

Sections of data sent down a line/core
2/4/8+ core qam computer

Every 1 going into
core 1=11
every 0=00

core 2
1=10 0=01

Processor either adds an electron or a blank.

electron=1 blank=0

QAM Encryption-

Program coded to run in missing 1/0.

Useful for encryption?
Set pattern known
by program and system of rotating/alternating data paths/changes.

core 1
1=11,then 1=10,
then 1=00, then 1=01
with any pattern repeating or not.

0=00 then 0=10 then
0=01 then 0=11 and so on.

core 2
1=00,then 1=11,
then 1=01, then
1=11 then 1=10 with
any pattern repeating or not.
0=......

Encryption run by 1,or 0 only?

Starter11111-then-
1001010010110101010

The 1's or 0's not
being used by the system.
or alternating to
encrypt the data even more.
1=10,0=/,0=/,1=01,0=/,1=11.. and so on.
Similar for 0's?

Outputting from rotating 0=00-11,1=00-11
