Q9550 or Q9550s?

I was wondering about this, with the new Q9550s, its supposed to have a lower TDP, will it be able to overclock futhur? or is it just made to fit into more low-profile/low-heat computers? (Like those all-in-ones)

You will have to wait for a few months after it is out for a good answer. You will want a large sample size to get a good idea about its overclocking abilities.
