Is the 4mb cache the only difference between a Q8400 and a Q9400 with 6mb cache?
So 2mb cache less for $35 less? I think its worth it...

They both support VT it seems... (googled it)

Is it as overclockable as the 9400? From 13 reviews it seems so...

I been looking at prices go down for the Q9400 and im interested in one to replace my tiny E4300 oc-ed to 3.0ghz...

Let me know if u dont think it's worth the upgrade... I need it mostly for gaming...

That is what I did. Wanted to take a Q6600, but someone was selling the Q6700 cheaper. It's an old school quad, but overclockable and powerful and it heats up your house too.
