Q8300,E5300,E5400,E7400,E7500 with VT support

Wasn't the Q8300 the only quadcore that didn't support VT?

The Q8200 doesn't, but VT support isn't a deal breaker whatsoever. There are also two variations of the Q8300, one that doesn't, then they came out with ones that do. The newer stepping supports it but i cant tell you exactly which one it is. I'm unsure.

The graphic in the article (pg 2) gives Product Code, S=Spec and Stepping of all the 'new' procs. All are R stepping.

One of the Q8xxx's missing features was VT, originally. (And originally there were only Q8200 and Q8300) Intel introduced Q8400 later when Phenom II debut'ed, and added hardware virtualization, as well as silently introducing Q8300 w/ VT. Now it realizes its mistake and incorporating virtualization in its whole line-up including Celerons.
