Im getting a Q6600 today, and I was wondering which would be the best type of RAM for me to get..
Im wanting to overclock the processor to around 3GHz (334x9) and wanting the FSB and RAM to go at 1:1 as I hear its the most stable...
Would it be best for me to get 667MHz DDR2 RAM with 4-4-4-12 latency as I wont want to go over 334MHz FSB
800MHz 4-4-4-12 to give me some headroom
800MHz 5-5-5-15 as its cheaper
Second question would be if I got the 800MHz 5-5-5-15 running only at 667Mhz (the FSB speed) because it is essencially underclocked would I be able to run it at 4-4-4-12 all fine? Or is the difference between CL4 and CL5 not noticable?
