OK, this was cut and pasted from another thread, but the thread seemed to stop. This is also EXACTLY what I am running. The gentleman posted this, and said he was running hot. I then tried it (Because, this is my first bios overclock), and then made minor adjustments. All the adjustments I made to this made NO change in temps. I run Idle @ 49c and Load @ 65c. Granted its a bit hot in my room atm BUT, I think I can get that Load temp a bit lower. Does anyone have any suggestions. I would also like a more modest OC like 3.1 but even that registers the same temps.

now somone said something about going to an 8x multiplier and then lowering the Vcore to 2.7ish. Could someone tell me what else I need to do to do this? cause, every time i do , I cannot post. Thanks in advance.
