Q6600 at stock running 65-68C idle with Tuniq Tower

My friend has a Q6600 machine with a Tuniq Tower, and his four cores are 65-68C at idle. This means the heatsink isn't seated properly right? I haven't been over his place to check into it yet, but I imagine taking the HSF off, putting on fresh AS5, and then mounting it myself should fix it.

Nah, he is running 100% stock, 2.4Ghz. The only thing I can think of is that the heatsink isn't mounted tight enough. I hope that's all that is wrong.

Yes, it either isn't mounted correctly, or he didn't use any TIM.

Yes, it either isn't mounted correctly, or he didn't use any TIM.

Or used way too much TIM.

Too much tim would never raise temperature this much.
