q6600 and 680i board

hi i am wondering about oc my evga 122ck-nf67 T1 680i mb with a q6600 go step proc
i am running 4x1gb corsair dominator ddr2 800 memory . has anyone oc this combo would greatly appreciate your feedback . nothing crazy maybe just to 3.0 i am cooling it with a noctua hs and fan love it runs 32c at idle 39c under heavy gaming . thank you .

Set FSB to 333 (1333 in 680i BIOS) and keep memory to 'Sync' (1:1). You should be fine.
