Q3 faster in win2K?

OK, I just got a Leadtek GTS and while trying it out on my dual boot win95/win2K system noticed that in timedemo 1 /1024*768*32 everything on, I get 49 frames in 95 and 61 frames in win2K. Both systems use drivers 6.18
Am I missing something, or has win2K finally catched up? This means there's no need for me to dual boot now!
Oh, the only problem is that the mouse does not work under win2K, so I can just playback the demo 🙁 same problem with Alice (also Q3 engine) any suggestions?
