Q: Why do chicken wings from a Chinese restaurant taste better...

Best wings in MN (next to Buffalo Wild Wings) is the spicy chicken wings in Brooklyn Center. It's located just offa highway 100 and Bass Lake Rd, in the Hmong American Shopping center. I forget the name of the place, but it's a small place next to a restaurant called Chuckwagon. They fry it with onions and it is ORGASMIC!

because unlike the american fast food places, chinese dont let their wings sit under the food warmer/heat lamps for hrs, they're made to order.

When I worked at a restaruant, I'd actually order these from a novelty company I got fired over it. haha.

haha good one. and even though some places claim they use no MSG they still do. if you ask about it they'll tell you its in the soysause. you can't cook authentic chinese food w/o MSG, it won't taste the same.

It's MSG and sauce. Several of my friends own wings cafe. I don't eat any of the sauce because of it. I eat my wings plain with salt & pepper.
