MSG is goodness. The chinese restaraunt nearyby uses it. One of the cooks is a real cool guy. When they're closing the kitchen he'll 'meow'. Hahaha.

MSG is in lots of stuff. Chances are, if you buy any boxed dinners (hamburger helper, etc) Monosodium Glutamate is in there, so obviously it's legal to cook with and sell.
