Q on Palomino OCing

Recently I have changed the overall cooling of my CPU. I have changed my main heatsink (Volcano 7+), changed to a better ATX casing, added a couple of intake and outtake fans, and some minor stuff like rounded cables, etc. Considering the change on my setup, obviously my system temp went down w/c is good (CPU: 34-35C idle, 40 load) . Right now im thinking about OCing my 1600xp palomino. Sadly, my KT400 mobo is almost locked for OCing (only CPU FSB can be modified)

With the limited m/b oc capability, I noticed that I can only increase the FSB to around 143mhz. And whenever I go beyond that, the system just reboots all by itself just before Win XP logon appears on the screen. I think this has something to do w/ the memory (or other devices) because i noticed thru sandra's m/b info that my ddr333 dimms also gets overclocked whenever i increase the cpu fsb in the bios. In the m/b layout, ive seen that there's a jumper to set the default cpu fsb to 100/133/166. Now since my bios has no voltage increments, do you guys think that its ok if ill set my default fsb to 166?
