Q on boot menu w/ a dual boot configuration...

Here's a question that for the life of me I cannot remember how to answer myself 😱 Anyway, I'm running Win ME & XP Pro in a dual boot configuration. Win ME is on my PM HD and XP Pro is on my PS HD. When I boot up, I have 30 seconds to choose which OS I want to boot and XP Pro is the default. How can I change my system so that Win ME is the default and the boot time is say 5 seconds instead of 30? I know I was able to do this w/ a Win ME/2000 dual boot before, but I can't remember how I did it. Thanks for your time.

Edit the boot.ini

change timeout to 5
and make your winme partition your default...

or you could right click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced tab -> Startup and Recovery Options

Change the System Startup options..

xfactordomine, thank you, now that's you've reminded me of the boot.ini file I think that all my drinking might have affected my memory 😱 Again, thanks.
