Q on beaming files with a palm

Im having trouble beaming files with my palm, its a palm III with os 3.5 i think.
I can beam a program but i cant beam a specific file that the program saves.
When i click on Beam it shows me the program and its size, its almost 1 meg but obviously the program is 50k and 950k worth of logs. But when i click to beam the program it only beams the program(50k) and not the logs.
Is there anyway to enter its directory or something and select the file you want to beam?
 
Try Z'Catalog. It let me beam a few files that the built-in transfer utility wouldn't. This was back in the day though.
