[Q] Is this true about Hummers?

A coworker of mine told me that (in California, I don't know about other states), due to a loophole in the law, someone who buys a Hummer/big SUV can get a tax writeoff (even bigger than the write offs for the hybrid/electric). This is because the vehicles can be classified as farm vehicles due to their size and weight.

Is this true? If so, WTF.
