Extremely friendly people down there. And Sydney (downtown at least) seemed to have more runners than I've ever seen in any city.

Yeah, but Toohey's New and Hahn's aren't an improvement unfortunately. 🙂 VB isn't bad, but the best ones I had were ones that I'd never heard of.

I personally like New (that's my cheap beer of choice that always comes in jugs at the pub), but we do brilliant stuff that really is only sold here, the Tasmanian Boags and Cascade brewers are particularly good, as is Coopers (South Australian) and as i said earlier to someone, google 'Little Creatures Pale Ale', thats one of my favourite evar. (WA 😀 )
