Also, you didn't specify which alcohol. Take a few shots of pure isopropyl and tell us about how it has 1/10 the effect of drugs.

I thought it was mostly for words with the same spelling with different meanings, as it would be best to know which different meanings exist. But if defenitions are simply used as a set of requirements of which at least one requirement of a word is correct, then yes, alcohol is a drug.
