Q: Best cooling 60mm fan that's quieter than Delta?

OK, like a lot of people I'm fed up with the vaccum cleaner/hair dryer noise of my Delta 6800RPM fan. I'd like to go with something quieter but cooling is still a high priority for me. I have a Thermosonic Thermoengine heatsink and a Epox 8KHA motherboard. Any recommendations on fans or e-tailers that sell fans without the heatsinks?

use the thermaltake 60mm fan off a volcano II, awesome fan

I use the GlobalWin FOP38 HS w/ the fan from the Volc II, cool's fine. But then again I'm just using a duron 750
