There is a $40 rebate under a separate link at Amazon. Instead of under 'Rebate forms for recent purchases' use the 'Get forms' link next to the rebate amount in their cost breakdown. Good til the end of the month (31st).

Nice going Amazon you have 2 links to the same rebate on the same page and one is expired.

You are correct this is good until the end of the month. Just depends on which rebate link you happen to click on that same page.

Amazon does that, A LOT. Anytime there's abrupt surge in volume of an item, price shoots up.
One time they had this AMD E-350 board for $49 AR. But as soon as volume went up, price went up with it. A few weeks later it came back down to $49 AR...
 
I guess my only question would be does Patriot actually pay their rebates? This is a great deal if they do!
 
Grabbed one off Amazon (Prime), $120 after rebate (AMEX card-bleh!). Not too shabby; will end up in my wife's laptop.

But Amazon page says stocked and sold by Circuit City
Rebate says Amazon only
