I should start a thread requesting names of all the banned members with over 1000 posts. It seems like it would be rather long.

he was banned after an altercation with another member. IIRC, he signed that members email up to a bunch of porn spam

School / work did him in, and once he broke the addiction, he didn't want to risk coming back, I think. :)
