I'd have to agree with you there. CD's are incredibly hard to break, even when intentional. The only case I've seen of a cd breaking is while in a drive, they just...explode. =]

Nah, they just get warned the first time to take it off the shelf. If it happens again, however, then it's usually around a $1500 fine, or the studio pulling their movies from your store entirely.
