PWM temp get's pretty high

I just found out that since I switch to water cooling, my pwm raised because there is no fan to cool it. Intel's stock HSF cooled the PWM around my cpu on my Abit IS7. I am curious if this is an issue for other makers. Well... time to buy a swinging fan from zalman.
