PWM Fan Settings in BIOS?

While running my Celeron D 360 at 100% for several hours yesterday, it shutdown on over temp. Since it has PWM in the BIOS and I have a 4-wire fan and MB connector, I'd thought I'd seek guidance on the settings.

My CPU and MB have a PWM fan control, with these current settings:

Shutdown Temp . . . . . . 75C/167F . [type in value]
Smart Fan Control . . . . . . Enabled
Smart Fan start PWM value . 30 . [type in value]
Smart Fan start TEMP (C) . . 45 . [type in value]
DeltaT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . +3 . [+0 - +14]

any thoughts?

Thanks
