I have currently the same issue like many do .
My motherboard does not include dual support for speed control,
over PWM and 3 Pin fans.
The only (wide marketed solution ) looks to be the Nanoxia PWMX controller,
something that externally looks similar to Zalman fan-mate controller.
Even so , I am looking also for an alternative solution, something that you can even assembly by your self.
I am in to electronics , and so making up an circuitry, its not big deal.
So, does any one have build something like that, that works correctly ,
with out to cause issues at the rpm counter ?
Or does any one have a link, that shows the inner construction of the Nanoxia PWMX ?
