Yes, yes, and yes. I know it is located in C - Program Files - PopCap - PvZ - Userdata.

But I don't have that folder. And yes, I can see hidden files and folders.
 
Are you using Windows 7?

Look in your C: (or primary) drive,

ProgramData/Steam/PlantsVsZombies/userdata/

I don't have it on Steam. I'm looking to move my save into my steam folder. But again, that folder isn't in either place.
