pvr150mce help!!!

I just bought a pvr150mce tunner and am trying to install it in windows xp professional, on install it dies horribly bsod with a "bad-pool-error", this is off the driver cd as well as of the most recent drivers from their webpage, any suggestions?
 
I have another media center machine in the house, so tomorrow I will try this card in that machine and if it works I will take that card (a pvr 150 retail) and use it in this machine
