Any idea how to get the PVP/DxVA acceleration going on my new 6600GT?
i recall that before i just ran this:WindowsMedia-KB891122-x86-ENU
and then this: windowsmedia10-kb888656-x86-global-enu
But now the first one will install fine, but i still get the 'prerequisites' error i was getting before when i try to run the second...
It used to chop the CPU usage when i was watching my 1080i HDTV recordings right back to mid 60s with WMP10.. (both with my 9800 pro and 9600XT), at the moment it's hovering at or over 97%+ with my 6600GT, same with a 1080p clip i just d/l from MS, basically constant 99-100% CPU usage 😛
Any ideas folks?
