PVA or MVA for under $350?

Are there any PVA or MVA monitors for under $350? I've been away from the scene for a few months and it seems like TNs have taken over. Color shifting drives me crazy as I often work with 2 documents open side by side.

Acer AL2051W (20.1" P-MVA glossy widescreen)
ViewSonic VP930b (19" P-MVA)
Samsung 971P (19" S-PVA)

I recommend either the VP930b or AL2051W for most things.
