Putting together new SFF box

I'm putting together my first SFF system and was wondering what you guys think of the following:

Shuttle XPC SN95G5
Athlon 64 3200+ (Winchester)
1gb (512x2) Corsair Value DDR400
NEC ND-3520A DVD/RW
ATI Radeon 9800Pro (already own)
Maxtor 160gb 7200rpm PATA (already own)

I'll be using this system mostly for gaming and some .NET programming. I'd like to overclock within reason as I hear the 90nm Winchesters are pretty good for this. I've got a couple questions tho:

1. Is that memory good enough to overclock? I'm just oc'ing on air so I don't expect to go too crazy.
2. I'm assuming I need to buy a floppy for this rig, any suggestions? I only ask cause I'm not sure how floppies mount in this thing.
3. Should I run XP64? From what I can tell the latest release (RC2) is pretty nice, but I can't tell whether or not the perf issues with games is still a problem.
4. TIMMAY!!!!!

Any help is appreciated!!

i think there's a bay for the floppy drive, which is used for secondary hd if you wanted...but since you only are using 1 hd...just put the floppy in.

overclocking on A64 is independent of ram, you don't have to get ram that does the highest fsb... since the memory controller is on the chip itself, it doesn't take that much performance hit when running asynchronous
