Putting together a new system, what kind of performance should I expect?

Have the videocard already, stuck w/ AGP so I have to get the nforce3.

AMD 3000+ Socket 939
1GB (512x2) Kingston PC3200 RAM
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum nForce3 ULTRA
AGP eVGA 6800GT
onboard audio

CS: Source
HL2
UT2004
Doom3

I play at 1024x768 w/ TVout or 1280x1024 on LCD.

So then the next logical question would be,

is it worth the time and effort to ebay my 6800GT, buy a PCI-E mobo, and spend an extra $100 on a PCI-E 6800GT (I'd lose around $100 selling the AGP version) so I can SLI later?

I plan on buying a whole new system when the new Windows comes out in 2006. I'm hoping to see a min framerate of 60fps with 2005's games with this system at these resolutions. Would I be okay without SLI?

I dont think we are going to see games more advanced then FC, HL2, and D3 for the next few years. Those were actually a little leap into the future. I would expect just to see more games like these come out until 2006 or mid 2007 until the Unreal 3 engine comes out with god knows what others with it.
