anyone have this problem?

i'm running a 1.4 Tbird on a K7S5A. PSU is a 365 enermax whisper, HD is a 7200 40 gig IBM, video card is an ATI 32 MB DDR, RAM is one stick of 512 Mushkin DDR, and all i have left connected is the floppy drive.

I stick in win2k boot disk #1, then 2 then 3 and 4...

Then i got BSOD'd telling me that setupdss.sys is the location of the error.

anyone have this problem have some advice?

I've not had that problem but you could try to boot directly off the win2k cd and see if the same error occurs..

maybe its a bad boot floppy??

Is this a clean install or an old one? If it's old and you switch mobo's it's a good chance that it won't work.
