Putting titles on tracks for audio CD

Muse

A guy did a CD for me, basically writing audio tracks such as Track01.cda, Track03.cda etc. to the disk. There are 33 such tracks and they are from several sources, and they currently number up to Track33.cda. I want to give the tracks names so they show up on my CD players, which support CD Text. However, when I go to copy the disk with Nero 6, I'm not given the chance to create a list of track titles in my user database of track listings in Nero.

I figured I can somehow fix all this with Exact Audio Copy. I've used it with some success in the past, although I find the program has a steep learning curve sometimes. I've played around with it (the February 2006 version) for a couple of hours today but can't find a way to do what I want to do. Is it possible? Any help appreciated.

PS I succeeded in creating MP3's for all the tracks using EAC, but I'd like to create a regular audio CD because most of my players won't play MP3's.

Use EAC to extract the songs as wave files. Then recreate the CD using the wav files with Nero, adding in the CD Text and burn it.
