yeah this would work, cold air is sucked in, then spat right back out though the rear. And i highly doubt dewpoint will be reached on those fins when the comps on and running.

About sticking the raditaor outside in a watercooling loop, A lot of people have tried this method. Some put the radiator inside a mini freezer ice tray. All i know is that, if your coolant is lower then 32F. , your pipes will form ice around it. :D

True his watertemps would never go down that low, but if a big pile of snow was to be dumped on top of it, it might be very interesting how low it would go. :]
